We’ve implemented CyberQP as a security enhancement for verification and self service option for resetting passwords and unlocking accounts. You will find information below on how to onboard through the iPhone and Android app.

Getting started with the welcome email

You will receive a similar email to the one pictured. You will want to start with registering your mobile phone number by tapping Register Mobile Phone Number.

You are not required to register your number or install the app. However, if you’re locked out of your email, we will need to reach out to your company’s technical point of contact to verify you before resetting any passwords or give access to any data.

After registering your phone number, you will be prompted to download the mobile app. The mobile app will give you access to change your password and unlock your account. You can also use the app to access the code needed to verify when getting service from our technicians.

What a verification email looks like

When you call in and a technician needs to verify you, there are several ways; email, text message, through the mobile app. If you ask for email, below is an example of what that email looks like.

What a password reset email looks like

If you registered your mobile number and downloaded the app, you can reset your password there. If not and you request a password reset from a technician or by visiting app.getquickpass.com you will receive an email with a link and this is what that email looks like.
