Frontier IT successfully completes SOC 2 audit

We’re pleased to announce that Frontier IT has completed our SOC 2 examination for 2025. We’ve maintained SOC 1 compliance since 2017, and moving into SOC 2 reflects the level of responsibility clients place on us as their MSP.

Scope of the report
Examination of Frontier IT’s Colocation and Managed Services systems throughout the period July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, including the design and operating effectiveness of controls to meet the Trust Services Criteria for Security, along with the essential elements of HIPAA and HITECH.

A-LIGN performed the audit. They’re one of the most experienced firms in the industry, so the process was thorough and straightforward.

SOC 2 was created by the AICPA to verify that service providers maintain strong controls around customer data. It’s recognized internationally and confirms that our processes, tools, and operations have undergone formal review.
